Your hunting licenses with Elkhorn Outfitters, Inc. are guaranteed
with no participation in the state draw. We will actually issue you your
license when you arrive the afternoon before your hunt. In order to
purchase a big game license in Colorado you must be 12 years of age and
have an original hunter's safety card if you were born on or after
January 1, 1949, copies are NOT accepted.
If previously
issued a CC or CID number please bring it along with your safety card
and drivers license. Elkhorn Outfitters, Inc. now accepts Visa and
MasterCard for the payment of hunt packages however we cannot accept
them for the purchase of hunting licenses. We will accept personal
checks, cashiers checks, traveler's checks and or cash for the purchase
of your license.

Guests may travel
to Elkhorn Outfitters by Automobile or Air.
If Traveling by Air...
There are flights
are available directly into the Hayden Airport. Transfers from Denver to
Hayden are most readily available.
Carriers are:
United, Continental, American Airlines.
Once in Hayden, a
representative will pick you up at the airport and drive guests to the
main lodge. Trip is approximately 25 miles from the Airport to the main
lodge.

We are located 1/2 mile North,
past mile marker 96 on Hwy 13 N.

Driving Tip: Craig Colorado is 30 Miles South of the Colorado
Wyoming State Line. If traveling from Wyoming to Craig WY 789 turns into
Rt. 13 once in the state of Colorado.
